Members of Pi Lambda Theta are eligible for research grants of up to $2,500 for clearly conceptualized research proposals concerning education. Funding is made possible by the Pi Lambda Theta Educational Endowment and can be used for an independent project or for a part of a larger project, such as a dissertation. An applicant must be a member of Pi Lambda Theta for at least one year before applying for a grant.

Proposals are evaluated and grants awarded semi-annually. A research awards committee reviews all proposals and makes funding recommendations.

To apply for a spring award, download the Pi Lambda Theta universal application/nomination cover sheet, and submit your completed application and all supporting materials by the April 1 deadline.
