Bad questions are outdated, hypothetical, illegal, or crazy ones. How do you answer these questions? Carefully!

Outdated questions include “Tell me about yourself,” and “Where do you see yourself in five years? Ten?” When asked these questions, remember what behavior-based interviewing is all about. You should answer any bad question by explaining your past training and experience in a positive way.
