A: Absolutely. Researching Internet reputation is becoming more of a trend for potential employers in any market, particularly in K-12 education. It’s a good idea to not only have the highest security measures in place for your own websites, but to also be mindful of what you put out in cyberspace. Google your name. You might be surprised what comes up. If you can see it, so can potential employers.

Q: What’s the best way to answer the question about your greatest strengths and weaknesses? I don’t want to sound conceited or incompetent.
